MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Monthly Billing
Memberships automatically renew every month using the payment method provided at checkout. Tax is applied to each monthly subscription payment.
Billing Cycle
Included washes reset on the member’s monthly billing date—not necessarily on the first day of the calendar month. For example, if a membership begins on July 20, the next billing cycle begins on August 20.
Included Washes
Each vehicle washed uses one included membership wash. Washing two vehicles during the same visit uses two included washes.
Unused Washes
Unused washes do not roll over. Any remaining washes expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
Registered Vehicles
Membership washes may only be used for vehicles registered under the plan.
Gold permits up to two registered vehicles, Platinum permits up to four, and VIP permits up to six.
Membership washes cannot be transferred to friends, relatives, customers, or unregistered vehicles without prior approval.
Changing a Registered Vehicle
Members must contact Like New Car Detailing before using a wash on a replacement vehicle. Vehicle changes are subject to membership limits and approval.
Scheduling
All services require an appointment and remain subject to technician and schedule availability. Priority and Highest Priority scheduling provide earlier consideration for available appointments but do not guarantee same-day or a specific appointment time.
Customer Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. A missed appointment or late cancellation may count as one used membership wash.
Weather Rescheduling
Appointments affected by unsafe weather or cancelled by Like New Car Detailing will be rescheduled without using one of the member’s included washes.
Cancelling a Membership
Members may cancel before their next billing date to prevent the following monthly charge. Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable. The member may continue using the remaining included washes until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Service Area
Membership service is available in Pearl City, Aiea, Waipahu, Mililani, Honolulu, Kapolei, Ewa Beach, and approved nearby Oahu locations. Locations outside our standard service area may require an additional travel charge or may not be available. The customer’s service address must be confirmed before the first appointment.
Vehicle Size and Condition
Membership washes are intended for routine maintenance. Oversized vehicles, lifted trucks, commercial vehicles, or vehicles requiring additional time may need approval or an additional charge.
The following are not included in a Mobile Basic Wash:
• Heavy mud or excessive dirt
• Excessive beach sand
• Heavy pet hair
• Stain or odor removal
• Interior shampoo
• Steam cleaning
• Water-spot removal
• Pest or roach treatment
• Bodily fluids or hazardous materials
• Paint correction
• Ceramic coating
• Full Interior or Full Car Detailing
Any additional work will be explained and quoted separately before service begins.
